KR / KRV Series · Stud Type Cam Followers
The EP-KR / EP-KRV range is organized around the roller outside diameter and stud interface. The listed sizes run from 13 mm to 90 mm outside diameter. Product cards keep the familiar KR designation and the IKO CF reference beside the EVER POWER EP- model so engineers can compare a removed follower, a drawing and a replacement search in one place.
For replacement work, start with the dimensions you can measure: roller outside diameter D, roller width C, stud diameter, thread and mounting length. Then confirm whether the running surface needs the cylindrical KR execution, a spherical KRV execution, or an eccentric KRE/KRVE arrangement for adjustment.

View specificationsUse the KR route when the machine drawing or removed follower calls for a cylindrical outer running surface and the mating cam or track is aligned to support the roller across its intended contact width.
Use the KRV route when the ordered execution requires a spherical outer running surface. Confirm the actual profile on the removed part or drawing rather than assuming it from a shortened cross-reference code.
Eccentric versions are relevant only when the mechanism is designed to shift the follower position for clearance or track adjustment. The specification table lists an eccentric value e by size; mounting geometry still has to be checked.
