How to Match a CF-Series Cam Follower Without Guessing
A CF code is a useful starting point, but the replacement decision should end with dimensions. If the old part says CF12, the KR/KRV reference table points to KR30/KRV30. That narrows the search quickly. It does not prove every execution is identical.
Measure the Interface That Stays in the Machine
Record the roller outside diameter, roller width, stud diameter and thread pitch. Then check the running-surface profile and whether the original mechanism uses an eccentric adjustment. A thread mismatch can stop a replacement immediately; a profile mismatch can be less obvious until the follower runs on the track.
